Instructions for use:
1. Prepare fishing gear for the caught fish. Prepare the FLY GAFF for fishing. Prepare the gear in advance, then it will be too late, there will be no time, miss the fish.
2. We recommend using the FLY GAFF with a Blue Marlin red buoy attached to it.
3. When biting large fish, try to bring the fish to the side, taking the Boat hook in your free hand. It is advisable to use an assistant and help other fishermen yourself, by agreement in advance. As soon as possible, stick the FLY GAFF under the lower jaw of the fish or behind any available part.
4. Let the fish swim in the water and get tired fish by holding the line (nylon rope) in tension and releasing if necessary. When the fish gets tired, bring it on board, respecting your own and others’ safety.
The hook is great for captured halibut or tuna from Gibraltar to Japan and has been tested there.
