The happiest people are those who turned their passion into a living. And we can say — we’re happy. We do what we love: saltwater fishing, making fishing tackle, and putting it in the hands of anglers.

Before 2008, we were a small local operation in Hong Kong. When fresh leadership came on board, we stepped onto the international stage under a new brand — Blue Marlin Saltwater Fishing Tackle HK.

Today our manufacturing facilities are based in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. We build reels, rods, gaffs, lures, and everything else you need on the water — all proven on our own time. Since 2010, we’ve opened offices in the UAE, Scotland, Hong Kong and Monaco. We’ve exhibited at trade shows in Vienna, Dubai, Paris, Brussels, Orlando, Beijing, and Moscow. Blue Marlin has been a member of fishing associations in Europe and the US since 2012.

We’re a crew of seasoned anglers. We’ve fished from North Carolina and Florida down to Costa Rica, from Norway to Cape Verde, the Seychelles, the Maldives, and Australia. We got into tackle manufacturing because we’re anglers first — and we build gear for you the same way we build it for ourselves.

We’ve rigged hundreds of fishing and yacht crews for expeditions across every ocean and sea. Tackle, accessories, lures, everything you need — built on our experience and yours. And not one crew has ever regretted their gear or their catch.
