Reels

All reels are warranted for a period of 5 years from date of purchase.  Warranty covers all fails occurred due to production or constructional defects,  but not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse or normal wear, or excessive wear caused by neglect of cleaning and lubrication required or general service requirements due to owner's failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, or self-modification of the reel.

Rods, tackles, lures.

All this goods covered by a limited warranty. We are ready to  investigate each case of breakdown cased by production or constructional defects, excluding accident, abuse , normal wear of self-modification of a product.

Purchaser should return defective products postage prepaid, insured with proof of purchase,  return shipment will be made by our account. In case of expertise will show that defect was not caused by  production or constructional defects, repair cost will be charged to the purchaser. Average cost of a repair is 10-30USD, depending on a reel’s model and  type of a damage, for other tackles we will consider each case separately. We will inform you about all steps of  investigation in shortest possible time.
